Every family has its own traditions, and so does ours. For instance, our family celebrates New Year’s at “Okzhetpes” health and wellness complex @okzhetpes.borovoe for the fifth time.

Fresh air, delicious breakfasts, morning performances for children and, most importantly, fresh air await us in the coming days.

It is very interesting to celebrate New Year’s at “Okzhetpes” health and wellness complex. Dancing  till dawn on New Year’s Eve, great food, and a swimming pool! But the main thing in Borovoe is walking! I recommend it to everyone!

Most facial and body treatments that should be done in winter. The hot season can provoke side effects and complications, which usually does not happen in winter. Here is a list of facial and body treatments in “Okzhetpes” we recommend doing in winter.

Honey massage. Honey effectively removes toxins from the body. Thick honey removes toxins from the body and clears the energy channels. It has been gaining popularity as a very powerful health product. This type of massage improves skin elasticity and dissolves the subcutaneous fat deposits.

26 days until New Year’s! Staying safe during the holiday season is very important. We have prepared some safety tips for you. Please remember the following:

• You should not use fireworks, if you do not understand how to use them or if the instruction is either not included or written in a language you do not understand.
• Use only commercial grade Christmas lights on your Christmas tree.
• Do not repair or re-use the fireworks that did not go off.
• Do not use fireworks in the areas with strong wind gusts.
• Do not point rockets or fireworks at people or throw firecrackers under their feet.
• Stand at least 15 meters away from lit fireworks.
• Do not bend over lit fireworks.
• Do not decorate your Christmas tree with cloth or plastic toys.
• Do not cover the tree stand with cotton wool.
• Do not carry fireworks in your pocket.

Follow these simple rules and stay safe!

The most interesting thing is that the President of JSC “Okzhetpes” health and wellness complex and the complex itself are the same age. This year “Okzhetpes” health and wellness complex celebrates 55 years since its construction.

We wish Kairat Sheralyevich good health, well-being and success in all his endeavors!

This day is a reminder of the path we’ve covered during the years of Independence, the joint work of all Kazakhstanis aimed at consolidation of the statehood, and a big contribution made to the development of the country by Elbasy – Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.
