This wellness complex was certified by EuropeSpa and received the seal of quality from the European Spas Association (ESPA).
It is based on the certification system developed by the scientific medical community and industry experts in the field of health and wellness with consideration for over 30 different national and international regulations and standards.
The main goal of EuropeSpa is to ensure the highest level of quality based on similar requirements. Certification covers the following components of wellness complexes, resorts and spa-hotels: security, service, hygiene and infrastructure. Such approach guarantees transparent comparison of the level of quality and promotes fairer competition.
Independence and objectivity of certification process is guaranteed by a two- or three-day inspection carried out by independent professional experts. This audit is considered the most stringent certification procedure. Those facilities that score at least 80% in each part of the audit, and meet all so-called “CC”s (critical criteria), receive the prestigious EuropeSpa certificate.
Today, certification is carried out in three different fields:
EuropeSpa provides guests and patients of the resorts and spa-hotels, travel agencies and tour operators, as well as medical insurance companies with the opportunity to select the facilities that have received high quality assessment based on objective international standards.
