“I underwent rehabilitation after COVID-19 in Kazakhstan, on the land that has already become my native land, in the sanatorium “Okzhetpes” @okzhetpes.borovoe, which is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world – the Borovoe resort area.
When I first arrived at “Okzhetpes” ,even 20 steps were given to me with great difficulty. I didn’t have enough breath and strength for long walks or for other physical activities.
Therefore, at first I was very skeptical about the words of the doctors of the sanatorium: “Just stay and start breathing like new!” I thought: “I see, everyone praises his own!” …
However, what was my surprise when, after a few days of treatment, walks and breathing exercises, I felt significant changes in myself! Something bad is gone forever! And the strength began to return! And most importantly, I began to breathe freely and deeply!⠀
What a happiness it is to breathe deeply!
So, after a week of breathing exercises with Dinara @eralina. dinara, I already walked 20 km a day!
“Okzhetpes” is an amazing place. It was there that I was brought back to my former usual life, almost completely expelling the consequences of a terrible disease.

The final filming of the documentary film «QAZAQ history of the golden man» by American film director Oliver Stone took place in Okzhetpes
QAZAQ history of the golden man – this is a documentary about Kazakhstan’s first president, Nursultan Nazarbaev. The film is complement by an eight-episode series.
The producer and interviewer was the master of cinema Oliver Stone, the director of the film Igor Lopatenok, as well as producers Vera Tomilova and Igor Kobzev. The official premiere of the film will be in the fall. The film will also be presented at the Rome Film Festival in October.
The film was shot for 19 months in different parts of the country and one of them is the health complex «Okzhetpes» in Borovoye.
Interesting information: The producer of the film during the filming process fell ill with Covid-19 and suffered very seriously from the disease. After his recovery, he came to our sanatorium for rehabilitation. During the wellness treatment, he simultaneously studied the history of the formation of the sanatorium, therapeutic factors and supplemented the series about «Okzhetpes».
