August 29 declared as National Day of Mourning

“In connection with the tragic incident in the Bayzak district of the Zhambyl region, which resulted in the death of people, I declare August 29 as the Day of national mourning. The dead servicemen and rescuers showed true heroism and selflessness. They will forever remain in the memory of the people, ” says Tokayev’s order, published on Akorda’s website.
