SEPTEMBER 17th – WORLD PATIENT SAFETY DAY
In May of 2019, the 72nd Annual World Health Assembly established World Patient Safety Day. From this day onwards, every year on September 17th Patient Safety Day is celebrated around the world.
The COVID-19 pandemic is now one of the most serious challenges and threats the world and humanity have to face, and healthcare is experiencing its biggest patient safety crisis.
