Nutrition in a sanatorium is an important part of your recovery. We offer four meals a day, consistent with the principles of a healthy diet and doctors’ recommendations. The menu includes dishes corresponding to treatment tables No. 1, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 15, as well as individual diets for medical reasons.

Every morning begins with a hearty breakfast, and throughout the day you will find variety: fresh vegetables and fruits, meat and fish dishes, dairy products. Fresh kumis, a drink with healing properties, is served daily.

Okzhetpes sanatorium offers a variety of opportunities for active recreation and maintaining health at any time of the year. Our classes include fitness and yoga, water aerobics, Nordic walking, jumping, stretching and breathing exercises, which are conducted under the guidance of qualified trainers.

For fans of team games, we have sports grounds for volleyball, football and basketball. In the fresh air, you can enjoy walks along the health path and catamaran rides in the summer, and an ice skating rink and tubing in the winter.
